T-Mobile is Undercover

It's the "stealth" wireless service provider. A company that will not allow anyone to know where the corporate headquarters are or how to contact them except through the "Customer Service? Department".

Got a problem with your phone or didn't get the rebate you were entitled to and on which you based your decision to buy a particular phone?

Tell it to the Chaplain because there ain't nobody home at T-Mobile USA. Strangely enough, the parent company, Deutsch Telecom publishes the mailing address of their corporate headquarters prominently on the front page of their web site but the U.S. subsidiary keeps everything "very close to the chest"

Why are they hiding? What's going on?
Ask thousands of unhappy customers with two year contracts, lousy service and defective, unsupported phones. They'll tell you.
We can't expect total transparency for scam operations like T-Mobile but this is going a little too far.

ABOUT ONE YEAR AGO I STARTED HAVING TROUBLE MAKING PHONE CALLS WITH MY T-MOBILE PHONE SERVICE FROM MY HOME AND IMMEDIATE VICINITY EVEN THOUGH THE PHONE WORKED FINE ALMOST EVERYWHERE ELSE
SINCE I HAVE BEEN WITH T-MOBILE FOR A FEW YEARS AT THIS HOME/RESIDENCE LOCATION AND COULD ALWAY PHONE FROM MY HOME/RESIDENCE LOCATION, IT SEEMED STRANGE THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN I COULD NO LONGER MAKE PHONE CALLS FROM MY RESIDENCE.
I CONTACTED T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE MUTIPLE TIMES OVER A PERIOD OF 9 MONTHS OR SO AND EVENTUALLY TALKED TO AN ENGINEER( HE SAID HE WAS) WHO PROMISED ME THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY. IT HAS NOW BEEN ABOUT A YEAR. VERY BRIEFLY THE PHONE WORKED FROM MY HOME; THEN IT DID NOT.
TODAY I PHONED T-MOBILE 8/18/08 AND WAS GIVEN THE TOTAL RUN AROUND BY THEIR SO-CALLED CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE. NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM; I WAS TOLD I WAS NOT IN A COVERAGE AREA; HOWEVER, T-MOBILE'S OWN MAP INDICATES I AM IN A COVERAGE AREA.
THE SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPRESENTATIVE DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT MY GETTING ANY ASSISTANCE.
YES, I WOULD SAY THAT T-MOBILE US APPEARS TO BE IN HIDING. I HAVE WRITTEN THE COMPANY BEFORE, CERTIFIED, ABOUT OTHER PROBLEMS AND BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED.
SO I GUESS I SHOULD NOT BE SURPRISED--ANOTHER REPUTABLE???????????????????? COMPANY THAT WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ITS ACTIONS OR INACTIONS. WHY NOT KILL YOUR ADVERTISING CUZ THIS INCIDENT WILL TAKE AD INFINITUM GOOD ADS TO OVERCOME THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY. GOOD-BYE T-MOBILE--IT WASN'T NICE KNOWING YOU!!!
